Carmen O'Keefe is a development manager and the primary point of contact for the Pinewood Wind Project. She has been with Apex since 2015 and manages wind and solar projects in New York, Maine, Ohio, and Virginia.
Jeff Hammond, Director of Project Development for Apex Clean Energy, leads development efforts in the Mid-Atlantic PJM region. Jeff has extensive wind and solar experience having worked in the renewable energy industry since 2007. He has successfully developed over a gigawatt of wind and solar energy projects in many states including lead development efforts in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Before joining the renewable energy industry, Jeff spent 20+ years in the United States Coast Guard. He retired in 2005 at the rank of Commander. Jeff holds an MBA from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Coast Guard Academy.
Chris Hawk is a Development Manager who joined Apex Clean Energy in 2021. Prior to joining the team, Chris specialized in local/state renewable energy policy and land use planning in Virginia, in addition to environmental remediation, compliance, and due diligence efforts throughout the US. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampden-Sydney College.
